Rationale
The 404 message is a problem that every websites can encounter. Thus, the website should explain to the user why the page they were looking for was not found and also guide users to continue with other activities. 'exploring our fresh groceries' provides a good image of the brand that their materials are fresh, clean, and have a good quality. Using such words may result in users choosing to continue viewing the products on the website. But if the user wants to return to the main page, CTA 'Back to home' keep helping users return to the home page conveniently.

ข้อความ "ขออภัย เราไม่พบหน้าที่คุณค้นหา" จัดเป็นข้อความแสดงความขอโทษแก่ผู้ใช้งานถึงข้อผิดพลาดที่เจออย่างจริงใจ นอกจากนั้นเว็บไซต์ก็ได้ไกด์ให้ผู้ใช้งานสามารถทำกิจกรรมต่อไปได้ โดยผู้ใช้งานสามารถเลือกกลับสู่หน้าหลัก หรือจะเลือกชมหรือเลือกซื้อสินค้าของเว็บไซต์ต่อก็ได้ ข้อความ "เลือกชมสินค้าของเราต่อได้เลย" ให้น้ำเสียงที่เป็นมิตร ส่งผลต่อความรู้สึกที่ดีของผู้ใช้และอาจทำให้ผู้ใช้เลือกใช้งานเว็บไซต์ต่อไป นอกจากนั้นยังมี CTA "กลับสู่หน้าหลัก" ให้ผู้ใช้งานกลับสู่หน้าหลักได้อย่างสะดวก
